mysql -u root -p
CREATE DATABASE your_database;
CREATE DATABASE IF NOT EXISTS your_database;
GRANT USAGE ON database_name.* to new_user@localhost IDENTIFIED BY 'user_passwd';
GRANT ALL ON your_database.* to user@localhost;
flush privileges;
mysql -u new_user -p 'user_passwd' your_database
exit;
SHOW DATABASES;
